Desi ghee ki pinni(laddoo)
Ingredients
Ghee(Desi)=250 gms Wheat flour=250 gms Dry Fruits=Cashew nuts, almonds, kishmish (100 gms) Sugar=100 gms
Preparation Method
First chopped finely all the dry fruits. Heat the ghee and pou flour in it, fry until flour gets brown, mix sugar and dry fruits and cook for a minute. Then put it off and keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes. After that make ladoos from the mixture.
