In the morning your first diet should be very refreshing. Have a bowl of fruits instead of coffee.

After exercising have a glass of lemon water with a pinch of salt and 2,3 drops of  honey( without sugar).Also avoid sugary things in your diet. 

Have salads in odd hours to satisfy hunger. This will automatically cut down your calorie intake.

Drink plenty of water,atleast 8 to 10 glasses a day.water helps in flushing out the toxins in our body.

Beware of fatty things. Opt for low fat diets. Oil,butter and too much greesy things are like pioson for your health.

Make it a routine and adopt a healthy life style. Good luck for healthy living.
