Easy Chocolate Cornmeal Cookies Recipe
Ingredients for Chocolate Cornmeal Cookies
1/2 cup of raisins (if desired)
3/4 cup of butter
3/4 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of cornmeal
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cup of cocoa
1/4 cup of milk
Method to prepare Chocolate Cornmeal Cookies

Mix the butter and sugar in a large bowl, add the egg and beat well. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Drop dough from a teaspoon on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
