Ingredients for Butterscotch Christmas Cookies
1 (10 ounce) pack of butterscotch chips
A cup of creamy peanut butter
4 cups of cornflakes cereal
You will also need some cookie sheets for the drops.
Method to prepare Butterscotch Christmas Cookies
Take a medium saucepan and over medium heat, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together in the saucepan.
Remove from heat and stir in cornflakes.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheets.
Chill in fridge to harden.
Serve with delight. :)
