Easy Macaroni and Cheese Custard Recipe

Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese Custard
For : 6 servings
Serving Size : ¾ cup
1½ Quarts water
1½ Teaspoons slat
1 Cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 Teaspoon margarine
2 Cups skim milk
1 Teaspoon salt
1/8  Teaspoon peppercorn
1½ Cups grated sharp cheddar cheese (about
 6ounces)
3 Eggs, beaten
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Method to prepare Macaroni and Cheese Custard
Bring slated water to a boil.  Add macaroni and cook, stirring
occasionally,10 minutes or until tender.
Preheat oven to 325o F.
Drain macaroni and return to saucepan.  Add margarine, stir to
coat macaroni.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into baking dish.  Bake in oven 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
