Easy Eggs Goldenrod Recipe |
| Ingredients for Eggs Goldenrod |
For : 6 servings
Servings Size: ½ cup on 1 slice toast
4 Hard-cooked eggs
3 Tablespoons margarine
3 Tablespoons flour
2 Cups skim milk
¼ Teaspoon dry mustard
½ Teaspoon slat
Pepper to taste
6 Slices bread, toasted

| Method to prepare Eggs Goldenrod |
Chop eggs, reserving 2 yolks for garnish.
IN saucepan melt margarine over low heat. Blend in flour and
seasonings.
Add milk, stirring constantly. Remove form heat when sauce
thickens and bubbles.
Add chopped eggs. Heat.
Serve on toast. Force 2 egg yolks through a sieve to garnish.
