For : 4 servings Serving Size : ¼ omelet 4 Slices bacon 3 1-Ounce slices processed American cheese 6 Eggs ¾ Cup skim milk ¼ Teaspoon slat Dash of pepper

| Method to prepare Oven-Baked Omelet |
Preheat oven to 350o F. Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Spray 8-inch pie with vegetable pan spray. Arrange cheese slice to cover bottom of pan. Beat together eggs, milk, slat, and pepper with a fork. Add bacon. Pour over cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Before cutting into r wedges.
