For : 6 servings Serving Size: 1 cup
2 6 ½-Ounce cans crabmeat, draained and flaked 1 4 ½-Ounce can small shrimp, drained 1 10-Ounce package frozen peas, thawed 1½ Cups cooked rice ¼ Cup chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley ½ Teaspoon slat Pepper to taste 1 Cup dairy sour cream

Preheat oven to 350o F. Toss all ingredients together lightly. Place in 2-quart casserole sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Bake, covered, for 1 hour.
