Easy Tomatoed Fish Fillets Recipe |

For : 4 fillets Serving Size : 1 fillet
1 Pound frozen cod fillets ¼ Teaspoon thyme ½ 10 ½ -Ounce can cream of mushroom soup 1 Medium tomato,sliced 1 Teaspoon margarine Dill weed as desired

| Method to prepare Tomatoed Fish Fillets |
Preheat oven to 350o F. Divide fillets into 4 serving portions. Place in ungreased baking dish. Stir thyme into soup; spoon over fish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove form oven. Put 1 slice tomato on each fillet. Brush tomato with margarine; sprinkle with dill weed. Bake 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.
