1¾ Pound lean beef, cut in small cubes 1 1 ½ -Ounce package dry onion soup mix 2½ Cups tomato juice ½ Cup water ½ Cup catsup Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325o F. Brown meat in large skillet sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Add remaining ingredient. Mix; place in a 2-quart casserole. Cover. Bake for 2 hours. More water may be added if desired.
Serving suggestion: Serve over rice, noodles, or potatoes: 1/3 cup adds one Starch /Bread Exchange.
