LOW FAT VEGETABLE SOUP RECIPE
Ingredients for low fat vegetable soup recipe
Fresh button mushrooms- 10
Carrot- 1
Green peas(shelled)- half cup
Capsicum- 1
Sweet corn niblets- 2tbsps
Vegetable stock- 3cups
Cornstarch- 2 tbsps
oil- 1tsp
Salt- to taste
Sugar- a pinch
METHOD OF MAKING LOW FAT VEGETABLE SOUP
Cut mushrooms,carrot and capsicum.Boil carrot and shelled green peas in vegetable stock.Dissolve cornstarch in half a cup of water.Heat oil and add capsicum and mushrooms and cook for two to three minutes on high heat.Add warm water or vegetable stock along with carrot,green peas and sweet corn niblets.Bring to a boil.Add salt and sugar.Add blended cornstarch,stirring continuously.Cook on high heat for one minute.Serve hot.
