For: 2 cups (4 servings)
Serving Size: ½ cup
2 Cups rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
½ Cup water
Artificial sweetener equivalent to ¼ cup sugar,
or to taste

| Method to prepare Rhubarb Sauce |
Cook rhubarb with water about 10 minutes or until tender.
Remove form heat and add artificial sweetener.
Serve warn or chilled.
Rhubarb may be a finishing touch for a meal or a tangy breakfast
fruit. One recipe tester froze some in a plastic container for her
