For : 2 quarts (16 servings) Serving Size : ½ cup 1 Pound cranberries Water as needed 1 6-Ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate Artificial sweetener equivalent to 2 Tablespoons sugar

| Method to prepare Cranberry Punch |
Wash cranberries, removing stems and soft berries. Cook according to package instructions until berries are soft. Chop in blender or put through fool mill. Add 2 cups water. Strain through cheesecloth or several thicknesses of nylon net. Add orange juice concentrate and artificial sweetener. Dilute with enough water to make 6 cups. |
