Wash cranberries, removing stems and soft berries. Grind raw cranberries. Add pineapple and sweetener.
Servings Suggestion: This relish is tart, a good accompaniment to turkey or any other meat. It will keep well in the refrigerator for use with many meals.
Note : The recipe may be doubled to use the entire 1-pound package of cranberries. However, cranberries may be frozen in a plastic bag for later use. Consider freezing some for the months when they are not available.
