How to make great wontons - Few tips
First - never cook wontons in the soup you have to put them into. never do that, no matter how easy it feels. This will mess up your soup.
Always fold or wrap the wonton in a way that avoid clumping at the tail end of the wonton.
A popular and easy wonton wrapping method is to place opposite corners of the wrappers together and then do the same with the other two opposite corners. Make sure you don't leave any space or air between filling and wrapper.
Dont fill too much. It may be tempting to make big wontons to shorten preparation time. But they take longer to cook and break apart more easily.
