FAT-SOLUBLE VITAMINS
Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K.
Excess amounts of Vitamins A and D can be harmful, so supplements should be taken only when prescribed by a physician.
Water-soluble vitamins taken in amounts greater then the body's need are excreted in the urine. Supplements in addition to a good diet are probably a waster of money.
