Here is a Low Carb Cheesecake Recipe which is easy to make and used artificial sweetener instead of sugar.
Ingredients for the Low Carb Cheesecake Recipe
5 packages 8 oz cream cheese 5 large eggs 18 packets artificial sweetener (I used splenda 3/4 cup) 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup heavy cream
How to make the Low Carb Cheesecake Recipe
Make sure that cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a springform pan with a non-stick spray.
In a large bowl mix eggs, cream, sweetener, and extract. Add cream cheese in 2 oz chunks for easier beating.
After all the lumps are gone pour into the pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes. (mine took 60).
Refrigerate overnight for best results.
Top it with strawberries in a water or artificial sweetener .
