Ingredients for Frank and Corn Chowder

For: 4 cups ( 4 servings)
Serving Size: 1 cup

½ Pound frankfurters, halved lengthwise and
 sliced
½ Cup chopped green pepper
½  Cup chopped onion
1  17-Ounce can cream-style corn
¾  Cup skim milk
1  Cup cubed cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)


Method to prepare Frank and Corn Chowder
Saute franks, green pepper, and onion in saucepan sprayed with
vegetable pan pray.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until cheese melts.
Serve hot.
