| Ingredients for Baked Custard |
For: 3 cups (6 servings) Serving Size: ½ cup
3 Egg, slightly beaten 2 Tablespoons sugar ¼ Teaspoon salt 1/8 Teaspoon nutmeg 2 Cups skim milk ½ Teaspoon vanilla Dash cinnamon

| Method to prepare Baked Custard |
Preheat oven to 325o F. Combine eggs, sugar, slat, and nutmeg. Slowly stir in milk an vanilla. Set 6 5-ounce custard cups in shallow pan. Pour hot water in pan to level of about 1 inch. Pout custard into cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in custard comes out clean. |
