For: 2 cups (4 servings)
Serving Size: ½ cup
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1/3 Cup cold water
1 Cup vanilla ice milk
½ Cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
¾ Cup unsweetened frozen strawberries, thawed

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Place over low heat, stirring
constantly until gelatin dissolves.
Add ice milk an fruits. Stir gently until mixed.
Portion into 4 individual dished. Refrigerate until serving time
Do not freeze.
