Nutritional Supplements
Nutritional Supplements include vitamins, minerals, herbs, antioxidants, and weight loss and detox supplements; and are used to supply the extras to your body. They can be taken for vigour, vitality and for more reasons, and are advised while recovering from illness. They should be taken only after proper medical advice.
Nutritional supplements have become an
important point of discsssion in food and health circles. The body is in fact a
self healing organism. Despite the abuse it takes from our current environment,
it still manages to provide us many years of good service. However, with a
little help from us, the owners, it could do a lot better, and serve us a lot
longer, and in better condition.
The body's fuel is the food we eat. It is
the food that provides the vitamins, minerals,
enzymes, water, amino acids,
carbohydrates, and fats that the body needs to
operate. Research has shown that each part of the body contains high
concentrations of certain nutrients. A deficiency of those
nutrients will cause that body part to malfunction and eventually break
down, and when it does, like dominos, other parts of the body will follow. To
keep this from happening we need a good diet and healthy, quality
supplements.
