The super quick 7 days diet plan has worked in most normal cases. If you are a normal healthy person looking for some quick weight loss, without any side effects, try this for seven days and see the difference. This weight loss method seems to have worked for many people. If you feel a big lack of energy during this diet, have a glucose drink or two and resume your normal diet. Let your body tell you when to eat and when to stop.
On the first day of the diet plan, you can have almost all the fruits except for the banana. You can have apples, strawberries, peaches, melons, grapes and any other fruit of your choice. Just avoid bananas.
On the second day of you dieting, take a lot of vegetables, baked, cooked or any way you like it, but keep it very low in fat. For example, you can start your day with a large baked potato with a little butter on it. You shall NOT eat any fruits this day. So the second day of the diet plan belongs to vegetables only.
On the third day of your diet plan, consume vegetables and fruits. You can have baked vegetables, cooked vegetables, a lot of fruit of your choice. Take them in salad form and keep them lot on fat. Just take care that you are not supposed to eat Bananas and Potatoes on the third day of the diet.
The fourth day is the banana day. You can have bananas only, and up to four small servings of milk, without sugar. Jut a few bananas and milk on the fourth day of the super quick diet plan, nothing else. Remember - No sugar.
On the fifth day, get eight ripe tomatoes and some proteins in form of home made cottage cheese. You can have some chicken or fish instead of home made cottage cheese, if that is not available. Don't overdo it. Remember, weight loss is about restrain in eating habits. No vegetables are allowed on the fifth day of the quick diet plan.
The sixth day is almost the same as the firth day, except that you are not supposed to eat potatoes and tomatoes. Get some cottage cheese for good results.
On the seventh day of the super quick diet, you can have all sorts of vegetables and fruits with some brown rice. You shall not have any cheese, fish or chicken this day.
You shall notice a clear weight loss and even inch loss with this diet. This superquick 7 day diet can be repeated once in every two to three months.
