Drain cherries; reserve liquid. Add water to make 1 ½ cups. In saucepan mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Stir in liquid. Cook, stirring, until thickened and bubbly. Add lemon juice and cherries. Chill. When cool, add strawberries.
Serving suggestion: Garnish each serving with 1 tablespoon dairy sour cream. Exchange= ½ Fat.
