Easy Sloppy Joes Recipe

Ingredients for Sloppy Joes

For: 3 cups (6 servings)
Serving Size : ½ cup plus 1 bun

½ Pound  Ground beef
¼ Cup chopped onion
½ Cup chopped celery
1 8-Ounce can tomato sauce
½ Teaspoon salt
 Dash pepper
6  Hamburger buns (about 2 ounces each)


Method to prepare Sloppy Joes
Saute ground beef, onion, and celery.  Drain excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients.  Simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon onto hamburger buns, allowing scant ½  cup per bun.
