Nutrition > Tips for a healthy life

To gain strength and feel energetic you must get out of the body's way and stop pouring junk, poisons, insufficient sleep, stress in your self . Then you would feel the flow of energy flow through your system freely.

A few tips for a healthy life.

Drink a lot of  water: Water is the main transporter of nutrients throughout the body and is instrumental for all building functions of the body. Water also flushes toxins out of the body and if insufficient water is consumed, toxins will build up in the system and can cause fatigue, headaches and other ailments. Without adequate water we would in fact poison ourselves with our metabolic waste. Therefore, you should drink eight to ten full glasses of water daily, not just enough to quench your thirst. And, please, avoid tap water.

Sleep for good: You should aim for between 7 and 8 hours of sleep a night. Also, try to get on a regular schedule, go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Avoid caffeine for a couple of hours before going to bed, this will help you go to sleep. You should also consider a Calcium Magnesium drink to help you if you have trouble falling asleep.

Eat proper meals: Your body needs fuel, and that's what food is. With too few calories, your body cannot operate properly and you'll feel tired and worn out. Frequent small meals are better than one or two feasts, and will keep your blood sugar at a normal level. Should you go for too long without food, your sugar level drops and you'll feel fatigued. If needed, keep some healthy portable snacks (nuts, raisins) in your briefcase or your car for a quick refuel.

Exercise daily: When you feel worn out, exercise may be just the boost your body needs to "wake up" and feel energetic again. Exercise raises your endorphin level, which helps to elevate your mood. Regular exercise will also assist your sleeping.
