Wash, trim, remove core and shred cabbage. Peel, wash and thinly slice onions and radishes. Wash, peel, core and grate apples. Mix cabbage, onions, radishes, apples and lemon juice in a bowl. Add cheese spread, skimmed milk yogurt, salt and pepper. Mix well. Divide red coleslaw into eight equal portions. Warm the pita breads on a griddle plate or alternatively in a into two and fill each half with a portion of red coleslaw. Serve with a sauce or chutney of your choice. |
