Clean, wash and chop methi leaves. Peel, wash and finely chop onion. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a kadai. Add methi and onion and saute for two minutes. Add besan and other ingredients. Add a little water to make a batter of dropping consistency. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and add a teaspoonful of the batter and deep fry in hot oil till crisp and golden. Drain onto an absorbent paper and serve hot with chutney of your choice. |
