For: 8 pancakes Serving Size: 1 pancake
1¼ Cups flour 1 Tablespoon baking powder 2 Teaspoons sugar ½ Teaspoon salt 1 Egg, beaten 1 Cup skim milk 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

| Method to prepare Pancakes |
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk, an oil. Add to dry ingredients. Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. (batter will be lumpy.) Pour ¼ cup batter on hot griddle for each pancake. Turn when pancakes are puffed and bubbly; brown on other side.
