Coconut burfi,a traditional recipe you can try this at home with ease on Diwali.
Coconut Burfi
Ingredients
Finely grated coconut - 1 cup Sugar - 3/4 cup Cardamom - 4 Ghee - 1 tsp Water - 2 tbsp
Method Melt sugar in the water. When it starts turning brown, add coconut. Keep stirring till the coconut leaves the sides of the tawa. Add powdered cardamom(powder in mixie with some sugar) Grease a plate with ghee. Pour the coconut mixture into the plate and cut into small pieces.
