Sift together flour and salt. Blend in oil using fork or pastry blender. Add water, using hands to mix well. On a floured board knead 5 minutes until dough is shiny. Divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll each to abut 5-to 7-inch circle. Brown lightly on hot grill coated with vegetable pan spray. Brush with margarine.
