Rava kesari,a very quick recipe for this diwali.Made with semolena,it is very tasty and easy to make.

Ingredients
semolina-1 cup ghee-3/4 cup sugar-1 3/4 cups cashews-10 nos kesari colour-a pinch hot water-21/2 cups cardamon pdr-1/2 tsp Method Heat 2 tbspns of ghee in a nonstick kadai , add cashews fry till they turn golden brown and keep aside. In the same kadai add the semolina(rawa)and fry till it smells- just for 2 mins. Then add the hot water and sugar to it,mix well so that no lumps are formed,add the colour and pour 3 tbspns of ghee and stir and when it becomes thick, add cashews,and cardamom pdr and pour rest of the ghee on top and stir once. Serve hot or cold.
