Wash tomatoes and cut into half-inch sized pieces. Wash, peel and cut cucumbers, carrot, onion and radish into half-inch sized pieces. Remove stems, wash green chillies and chop finely. Clean, wash and chop coriander leaves. Mix all the vegetables. Add green chillies, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt. Toss well. Arrange in a salad bowl and serve cold. |
