On Diwali festival you can make snacks at home which is very easy yet tasty.
Instant Dhokla
Ingredients
Semolina-1 cup Sour yogurt-1/2 cup Salt-1 tsp Soda-bicarb or eno-1/2 tsp Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp few curry leaves oil- 1tbsp Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp Method mix semolina with yogurt,soda and salt.mix well. greese thali. keep thali in steamer when little warm pour half the batter in it see it spreads properly sprinkle black pepper over the batter steam for five to seven min.you can check with toothpick if it comes clean its ready remove from the steamer.heat oil add mustard seeds when they crackle add curry leaves and immediatly pour on dhoklas.serve hot .use the remaining batter same way.
