1 cup pancake mix 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 pint oysters -- undrained 1 egg 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion Salt and pepper 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Method to make for Low Carbohydrate Diet Recipe of Oyster Fritters
1. Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well; add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls into hot oil.
Fry until brown on one side; turn and fry until done. Drain well on paper towels. Serve fritters hot.
